Summer is always the season to go for a shorter haircut, and singer Rihanna shows us how it's done at the Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards. I love this inverted bob on her, both the cut and the darker hair color do wonders for Rihanna. Now your eyes are no longer instantly drawn to her forehead, lol. The key to the inverted bob is to cut your hair short in the back, and keep it long in the front. This way, you have the look of both short and medium length hair. It's also a great look for those who want to go short, but aren't ready for a drastic change. The inverted bob is a favorite cut of mine, one I sported last summer after I decided to grow out my relaxer. Seeing these pics of Rihanna makes me want to go short again.

i completely agree, i spent the past six or so months, growing my hair out after i had it a little longer than chin length, and now it's almost at boob-length,lol, and now i want to give the inverted bob a try, . . but i've worked so hard for what i have. =[

she doesn't "go" somewhere to do it nowhere that you would be able to go duh.... a famous hairstylist goes to her or she goes to him and pays out the wazoo. all you have to do is print off this picture and take it to your local hair salon and they will do it idnetical for you... thats what i did... no more stupid questions please

No ones hair looks like this naturally dry. This look takes a lot of work bc you have to dry it and flat iron it and if your hair is not just like hers it wont look exactly the same. but if you are trying to get a similar look and understand that it wont look exactly like that. She may have features that you dont and her neck and face maybe diffferent all this plays into having a good style and a bad one.
