Molly Sims in Armani Prive
First of all, this Armani Prive gown would be difficult for anyone to wear. But actress/former model Molly Sims manages to look just as great, if not better, than the runway model. I think the main difference between Molly and the model is their hairstyles. Molly's curled, free flowing hair works better than the model's updo. Both Molly and the model look wonderful, but I think Molly edges out the win in this fashion face off.
Cameron Diaz in Christian Dior
A few days ago, actress Drew Barrymore wore a green Christian Dior gown from the same collection as Cameron's. But unlike Cameron, Drew didn't pull off the dress' ruffles and layers very well. The model looks great in this Dior gown. I love both her jewelry and the hat. But I think Cameron wears the dress best, and I'm only choosing her because I'm partial to her turquoise accessories. It seems people either love or hate Cammy's jewelery choice, but I definitely love it.
Brooke Sheilds in Oscar de la Renta
I guess this match up just falls on a matter of opinion, because I think both Brooke and the model wear this Oscar de la Renta dress almost exactly the same. I think it's truly a draw. Neither one looks better than the other to me, lol. The only major difference is with hair, the model has a short cut, while Brooke is sporting long locks. And personally, I don't think the hair makes that much of a difference.
Scarlett Johansson in Stella McCartney
Scarlett looks cool as usual, but this look is too familiar from her her. It's definitely like something she's worn many times before. I like the way runway model Jessica Stam wears this dress better. I prefer her bare legs and the omission of the bead work along the neckline of her dress. Scarlett's fishnet stockings are a bit too much.
Julianne Moore in Yves Saint Laurent
Wow, I think this is the most obvious runway versus celeb face off. The model clearly looks better than Julianne. I think this is a difficult look to pull of for both the model and Julianne, but Julianne just can't make it work. If you can't see the wrongness of her look in this small pic, just click it for a bigger look. You guys know I love hearing from you, so if I'm wrong, let me know, lol.
