I love this Naeem Khan dress that Alicia Keys wore to the 1st Annual BET Honors. The red color and detailed neckline look great against Alicia's tanned skin. What I don't like though, are Alicia's hair and makeup. I can forgive the makeup, because it's actually just the lips I have a problem with. But I can't get with the hair. I understand wanting to do an updo, because it shows off the dress, but this particular style is too big and too stiff. It just ruins an otherwise fabulous look. Despite all of this, though, Alicia still looks great in the dress.

Oooh, Alicia still looks awkward posing on a red carpet and hasn't learned a comfortable smiling face for herself.
I liked Alicia's dress better on Anika Noni Rose @ the Oscars.
