I dished on how great Katie Holmes looked at the premiere of Mad Money, but somehow I overlooked the fabulousness that is Queen Latifah. The Queen is definitely working the hell out of this black lace dress. It fits her perfectly in all the right places, and is extremely figure flattering. Everything about this look is on point. The hair is great, the makeup is beautiful, and the shoes add the right amount of contrast. Pairing leopard peep toe pumps with Queen Latifah's black dress, was the perfect way to add a bit of drama to the look (not that the dress didn't bring it by itself, lol). Whoever styled The Queen in this ensemble definitely deserves a raise!

Lol, I've been trying to find out who designed this dress, because it's so fabulous. I'm gonna have to do some more research.
Queen Latifah looks great, I love this look. I loveeee that dress. It's by designer Pamella Roland, by the way ladies. I really want Queen's shoes!
