Gossip Girl star Blake Lively showed off her casual and relaxed style while taking a stroll in New York City. I love how she paired her oversized Rag & Bone tunic with short shorts and t-strap pumps. The look created is polished (even though the shirt needs a little ironing, lol) while still being comfortable. If you'd like to recreate this look, but make it a bit more casual, you can swap the pumps for a pair of flat sandals. While Blake's off set look may not be as sophisticated as that of her on screen persona, it's still just as fab.
