The 4th of July has come and gone, but not without an inspired celebrity look. We already know that I have an affiinity for girly things and ruffles, so it's no surprise that I like Nicole Richie's 4th of July beach look. Pairing a sheer ruffle top with denim shorts, Nicole is the epitome of bohemian chic. What I appreciate most about a look like this, is that it's core pieces, the blouse and the shorts, can be accessorized in any way. You could go a more dressed up route by adding a blazer and heels. Or you could go preppy with a cardigan, cute headband, and flats. However you wear it, you've got to admit that this look has potential.
