Vanity Fair magazine has published their annual International Best Dressed List, and included this year are Michelle Obama, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and Kanye West. After viewing the complete list, which will be published in the August issue of Vanity Fair, I can't say that there are any surprises, and for the most part, I agree with the list.
