Victoria Beckham and Marc Jacobs, Together Again

Victoria Beckham is not only posing for Marc Jacobs in his spring ad campaign, she's getting naked for him too. Victoria is posing nude for Marc as a part of his campaign to bring awareness to skin cancer. Of her decision to participate in the campaign, Victoria had this to say:

“Since we moved to California I have realised how important it is to practise safe sun for myself and to keep my three boys’ skin well protected as well. Skin cancer is a huge problem and I really wanted to help raise awareness by taking part in Marc’s initiative.”

Seems charity is big in Hollywood right now. First there was Hayden and her whales, and now there's this. I can't knock the hustle though, sometimes putting a celebrity face behind a cause brings awareness to those who may have otherwise never taken notice. If you'd like to purchase one of Victoria's shirts for Marc Jacobs, they'll be on sale starting next week in all Marc Jacobs stores.

SAG Awards 2008...America Ferrera

America Ferrera was beautiful in a grey Monique Lhuillier gown at the 2008 Screen Actor's Guild Awards. See ladies, you don't have to be a size 00 to wear designer clothes (you just need to be really rich, or really famous, lol). There's so much to like about America's red carpet look. First of all, I love the grey color of the dress. You'd think grey would look dowdy and dull, but on America, it shines. The asymmetrical shoulder combined with the mermaid silhouette of the dress come together with America's hair and makeup to create a vintage Hollywood look. Monique Lhuillier definitely know what she's doing, and that's why she's a designer to the stars.

SAG Awards 2008...Sandra Oh

Call me crazy, but I actually like the dress Grey's Anatomy star, Sandra Oh wore to the 2008 Screen Actor's Guild Awards. The most hated part of the dress, the bow, is actually what I like most about it. It adds a bit of fun to an otherwise austere dress. The one thing I'd question about the dress is its color, all that black material is almost too much. I don't know how I feel about the black and red combination, but I'm definitely a fan of the dress' overall shape, and of course that bow, lol. I have a feeling people are either going to love or hate Sandra's dress. Which side of the fence do you fall on?

SAG Awards 2008...Forest and Keisha Whitaker

Non-celebrity, celebrity spouses don't tend get much press, but how can you not comment on the fabulousness that is Keisha Whitaker? Keisha lends her support to actor hubby Forest Whitaker at the 2008 Screen Actor's Guild Awards. Her strapless gown is the perfect shade of pink and it goes so well with her silver accessories. The hint of bling on the bodice of the dress negates the need of a necklace, yet still allows for a little something extra with the earrings. It can't be easy to be a celebrity wife and have to hit the red carpet with some of Hollywood's biggest leading ladies. But Keisha Whitaker manages to not only keep up with her celebrity counterparts, but she also manages to stand out in the crowd.

SAG Awards 2008...Ashley Tisdale

Before she sets off to New Zealand to film her latest movie, Ashley Tisdale made a pit stop at the 2008 Screen Actor's Guild Awards. There was much said about Ashley's new nose after she had some cosmetic work done not too long ago, but I have to say that she's growing into it. Ashley looks cute, yet mature in a white floor length gown with striped detailing at the neckline and throughout the dress. I like how Ashley's keeping it age appropriate on the red carpet. Sometimes young stars at their first major red carpet event wear styles that are just too old for them. Formal does not equate to extremely conservative. Apparently Ashley (or her stylist) knows the difference, lol.

SAG Awards 2008...Chandra Wilson

Chandra Wilson, pictured above with actress Tichina Arnold, is adorable in a gold sequin dress at the 2008 Screen Actor's Guild Awards. Compared to her past red carpet looks, Chandra has definitely received a major style upgrade. This look has just the right amount of trendiness to give Chandra a younger look, but not too much so it seems as though she's trying too hard. And what look would be complete without the perfect hairstyle? Chandra's new haircut is ultra flattering on her. Her hair's always been short, but the asymmetrical bang updates the style. Kudos to Chandra Wilson and her stylist for coming up with such a great look.

SAG Awards 2008...Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

So, Angelina Jolie is definitely not trying to dispel those rumors that she's pregnant. Angelina looked as beautiful as ever at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards, in a flowing brown and black strapless gown that will have the gossip sites confirming her pregnancy. I love it when Angelina strays from her usual all black ensembles. Yeah black is safe, and she looks fabulous in it, but she looks just as beautiful when she adds a little color to her wardrobe. I appreciate how Angelina doesn't do too much to look glam. With this look, she's letting the dress do all the talking, and all the other accessories are kept to a minimum. Just a gold bangle, and a pair of gold hoop earrings are all Angelina needs to complete her look.

Spring Couture 2008...Valentino

Haute Couture Week 2008 has come to an end, but so too has another era. This year's event marked the last Valentino collection to be presented that is designed by the label's eponymous designer, Valentino Garavani. Yes, that's correct. Valentino is stepping down and leaving his 'baby' in the hands of former Gucci designer, Alessandra Facchinetti. Valentino is known for his fabulous gowns that honor the feminine form. This may be his last collection, but I have to say that it's one of his best ones. The gowns are of course perfectly tailored, and they pay homage to classic standards in women's fashion, such as pastels and flowers, yet do so with a modern edge. With designs this beautiful, I hate to see Valentino go.

Lately, I've been going on, and on about how much I like Hayden Panettiere's style; like how it manages to be both mature and youthful (what a paradox, lol). Runway v. Celebway

Angie Harmon in Malandrino

I've been a fan of Angie Harmon ever since her days on Baywatch Nights (yes, I used to love that show, lol). So it's nice to see her out and about looking great. I think deciding whether Angie or the model looks better comes down to if you prefer black or white. I personally like the the black version of this Malandrino creation, so I pick Angie as the winner of this fashion face off. The model looks good too, though (except for her hair, lol).





Joy Bryant in Zac Posen

Joy Bryant always looks as though she doesn't try, and I mean that in a good way. Every time she steps out, it's like her style is effortless and second nature. That being said though, I really can't decide who I think wears this Zac Posen gown better. I think I'll choose the model, only because I think her hair works better with the dress. I guess it's kind of unfair to include Joy in the celebway versus runway, seeing as how she's a model herself, lol.





Sarah Michelle Gellar in Temperley

I love, love, love Sarah Michelle Gellar. Seriously, how can you not like Buffy? I think Sarah looks better in this Temperley gown, mainly because I believe the turquoise color looks fabulous on her. Yeah, the dress may be a wardrobe malfunction waiting happen, but Sarah looks great in it nonetheless. Points to Sarah's stylist for choosing this version of the dress, because I don't think the black would have been as fab on her. See ladies, color makes all the difference.





Selma Blair in Chanel

This is a difficult one, because although this dress is Chanel, it's one that's difficult to successfully pull off. I think both the model and Selma do their best, but ultimately the model falls victim to poor styling choices. Seeing this dress on the runway, you wouldn't think it was wearable in 'real' life, but Selma Blair manages to make it do just that. By removing the black tights, and adding a pair of d'Orsay pumps, Selma turns this little black dress into one that I'd love to have in my closet. Clearly I think the celebway wins this battle.

What?Huh?...Zoe Kravitz Cuts Her Hair

Zoe Kravitz is truly a beautiful girl, and if anyone could even attempt to pull off this wild haircut, it's her. But the fact is, I don't think it works. I applaud Zoe for her individual style, and the fact that's she's willing to take risks, but is she taking a risk here, or just asking for attention? Either way, it's just hair, and it will grow back. Plus there's a positive to Zoe's new look. The short cut draws attention to her gorgeous face. The girl definitely got the best of her parents' genes. What do you think of Zoe's new look? Am I just being too 'mainstream' and missing the point of the look?

Spring Couture 2008...Christian Dior

It's that wonderful time of the year when designers get to truly bend their creative muscles, and treat us to the artistic side of fashion design. Yes, it's time for Paris' Spring Couture Week 2008. Of all the collections, John Galliano's designs for Christian Dior are always my favorite. Last year he created a stylized Japanese Geisha collection, but this year John's decided to use Symbolist painters for inspiration, and inspire, they did. I think my favorite feature of the Christian Dior collection, is John Galliano's talent for combining colors. The turquoise and orange in the dress model Chanel Iman is wearing above, is a unique combination that you would think wouldn't work. But John Galliano manages to not only make them work, but also make them look fabulous. There were so many pieces that I could call my favorite out of this collection, but I had to choose a few to share with you. One thing I know for sure, though, is that I love the models' shoes. Covergirls...Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss in February Vogue Paris

February's Vogue Paris features two of the modeling industry's biggest names, Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss, the two who also happen to be two of the industry's baddest girls. Considering that both ladies are of such high status, you'd think they're layout would have much more going on. Don't get me wrong, I think the pics of Naomi and Kate are beautiful. But it's Naomi and Kate, they always take great pics. That's why they're the hottest supermodels out there. But because they're the hottest models around, I think we're allowed to have higher expectations for them. I guess the blah-ness of the layout isn't the fault of Kate or Naomi, that's up to the editors. When you hear that Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss are doing a photo shoot together, you just expect that things are gonna be over the top fabulous.

Dita Von Teese is Pure Perfection at Monique Lhuillier Event

Dita Von Teese is the epitome of femininity at a party to celebrate designer Monique Lhuillier's new home. It's amazing to me how this woman never fails to look so together. You can tell that Dita puts much thought into even the smallest details when it comes to her look. Her hair is perfect, makeup is perfect, even her nails are perfect, lol. Dita Von Teese manages to take a vintage look and make it modern. On anyone else, this look would feel costume-y, but on Dita it's refreshing. She's a nice change of pace from all of the other Hollywood trendsetters.

Louis Vuitton Looks to The Masters for Their S/S 08 Campaign

At this point, we've seen many a spring ad campaign. They've all featured either pretty young things, or your occasional celebrity face. Louis Vuitton on the other hand, has decided to go another route. Instead of featuring today's super models in training, they've gone with the real thing with an ad campaign featuring some of the modeling industry's masters: Stephanie Seymour, Claudia Schiffer, and the grande batch of them all, Naomi Campbell. I really like the Louis Vuitton ads. They definitely have an old school pin-up vibe to them, with the vintage cars and ultra glam models. So how do you feel about what Louis Vuittton is trying to sell? Besides the models and cars, there are some fabulous bags in the ads, lol.

When Does Big Become Too Big?

I love a big handbag. Who doesn't love being able to put everything you need in one bag? But this Hermès bag that Katie Holmes is carrying, is way over the top. At this size it isn't a handbag anymore, this is a piece of luggage, lol. Seriously, the bag goes from the top of Katie's hip all the way to her knee! Hopefully she doesn't have too much stuff in it, because this bag would have to be very heavy. Another thing to think about, how much is this bag? Birkins start in the thousands, plural, lol. It must be nice.

Ashley Tisdale Does Monochromatic at Cloverfield Premiere

It seems like all of young Hollywood came out to the premiere of Cloverfield. High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale walked the red carpet, and I have to admit that I love her look. Ashley's wearing all black, but her outfit still manages to be bright and fun. Her black sequined sheer top adds a bit of glam to an outfit that could have easily been dull, and her Christian Louboutin mesh mary janes keep the look youthful. Looks like Disney is continuing to create stars. They've given us Britney, Justin, Christina, Lindsay, and now Ashley. I wonder who's next?

How cute is Gabrielle Union at Michael Jordan's 7th Annual Celebrity Invitational Golf Tournament? The weather may still be cold where most of us are, but spring is just around the corner, and Gabrielle's look would be perfect to wear on a hot summer day. The green halter dress and metallic heels are gorgeous against Gabby's tanned skin. Lindsay Lohan finally wore something besides her favorite tights and oversized top look to the premiere of Cloverfield. She instead went with another favorite of hers, a Herve' Leger dress. Lindsay's defnitely got the figure to pull off the body hugging dress, and you've go to admit that she looks good in it. Looks like Lindsay's back to her pre rehab style. Beyonce's not the only one with a new hair color. Ashlee Simpson showed off her new auburn hue at the premiere of monster movie, Cloverfield. I looooove Ashlee's hair color. At first I wasn't sure how I felt about it, but it's grown on me. I'm actually feeling Ashlee's entire look here. It's sophisticated, but details like the berry color of her coat and her black nail polish keep Ashlee looking youthful and fun. What do you think of Ashlee's new look? Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian Are Out To Lunch

Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney-- the Kardashian sisters, all show us how to put a little 'glam' into our everyday wardrobes. The sisters were spotted filming scenes for their reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Notice how each one of them takes a simple outfit, and turns it up a notch, simply with their choice of shoe. Kim's got an eighties look going on with her striped sweater and skinny black pants. She takes a basic look and makes it her own by completing her ensemble with knee high black boots. Khloe on the other hand, is sporting a classic all black look, but keeps it exciting by wearing a pair of hot pink Christian Louboutin Rolande pumps (I know my Louboutins, lol). Oldest sister Kourtney is wearing an on trend look of a plaid shirt paired with skinny black pants. She, like Kim, finishes her outfit with knee high black boots. Beyonce And Her New Hair at F/W 09 Versace Fashion Show

Beyonce' showed off more of her new look at the F/W Versace fashion show in Milan, Italy. I love the dark hair on her. I never thought the blonde hair looked bad on Beyonce', but it's so nice to see something different from her. It's been a long time coming, lol. I really like everything about this new look, especially her makeup. Beyonce' perfectly pulls off dramatic eyes with nude lips. It gives her a kind of retro look. More Gisele for Versace S/S 08

I think Versace has won the title of best ads for the s/s season. They've managed to find the perfect balance between showcasing their wares and showcasing their models. In all of Versace's ads, both these and the ones featuring Patrick Dempsey, the models looks fabulous, but that fabulousness doesn't overshadow the clothes. Here are more of Gisele Bundchen for Versace. Gisele looks as fab here as she did during her Victoria's Secret days, possibly even better. As for the clothes and accessories, it looks like Versace will be a hit this spring/sumer. I love how the clothes give off an updated '70s vibe. I'm especially feeling the shoes. Inspired Style...Rachel Bilson Does Casual Chic

Rachel Bilson has one of Hollywood's best wardrobes. She knows how to work the red carpets, but it's her casual style that's made me a huge fan. Here she is running some errands, and yet Rachel manages to look effortlessly pulled together. I love how she's spiced up basic black and white with a yellow scarf and brown oxford pumps. Whoever said black and brown don't work together, just needs to see how Rachel makes it happen.

The Queen Brings It at Mad Money Premiere

I dished on how great Katie Holmes looked at the premiere of Mad Money, but somehow I overlooked the fabulousness that is Queen Latifah. The Queen is definitely working the hell out of this black lace dress. It fits her perfectly in all the right places, and is extremely figure flattering. Everything about this look is on point. The hair is great, the makeup is beautiful, and the shoes add the right amount of contrast. Pairing leopard peep toe pumps with Queen Latifah's black dress, was the perfect way to add a bit of drama to the look (not that the dress didn't bring it by itself, lol). Whoever styled The Queen in this ensemble definitely deserves a raise!

So, the S/S 08 ads aren't all about the women. Patrick Dempsey aka Grey's Anatomy's McDreamy, is the newest face of Versace.
